Similar to the one pictured in the Collectors Guide to Nesting Dolls, this very simply decorated doll is described as a dog. This is 3-piece set, the largest doll is almost 4″ tall and 8 1/2″ around, the smallest is 1 3/4″ tall. Has label Made in China.
This seems to be Chinese version of the rare Japanese “Dog” nesting doll, it is slightly larger and without the red noses.
